Most of us have been working together for years, if not decades. We have been through many ups and downs in the construction industry, real estate markets, and economic downturns. We are all still here, because we all acted prudently and fairly, and most importantly, supported one another. This Covid-19 crisis is something none of us have seen before. We hope and pray it passes as quickly as it arose. But in the meantime, we, Fullmer Construction, wanted to let you know what we are doing during this time of uncertainty.

Fullmer recently completed Saddle Ranch Business Park in “Horse Town, USA” Norco, CA. Four new state-of-the-art industrial buildings were built for Caprock Partners. The buildings were strategically built on 25 acres to maximize their footprint, with easy access to the I-15, 91 freeway, and 241 toll road. Totaling 422,162 square feet, the business park is one of the last developed sites within the Norco/Corona commercial market.

Fullmer recently completed the Park Iowa Commerce Center, a 155,260 square foot class A industrial building located in Redlands, CA. The building is situated on 7.08 acres and is in close proximity to the I-10 & 210 freeways. Built for Cabot Properties, the facility brings another fresh new logistics facility to the area, and the new tenants have already moved in. Two sides of the building have an aesthetically pleasing architectural design with metal and stone, while the front of the building is landscaped and lined palm trees.
