Fullmer’s latest completed project is Ridge One, a new industrial building with 393,991 square feet in San Bernardino, CA. Located just off the 215 freeway on a 20 acre site, this cross-dock distribution facility offers a massive warehouse space, as well as over 3,489 square feet of two-level office tenant improvements. Built for Ridge Development, this building is a beautiful addition to this growing area.

Fullmer recently completed Chino Hills Commerce Center, a new 100,326 square foot concrete tilt-up industrial warehouse. Conveniently located near the 71 freeway in Chino Hills, the Chino Hills Commerce Center has 5,364 of office square feet on a 4.87 acre lot.

The building was strategically placed on a triangular corner lot giving it a unique shape and creating a remarkable design. It features a two-level office space with a mezzanine leading up to a large open-concept second level. A fresh, modern color scheme helps create a picturesque building.

Situated on a 25-acre site less than one mile from the 10 / 215 freeway interchange, Fullmer built the project for Industrial Property Trust, bringing a beautiful new facility to this older area of the Inland Empire market.

I-210 Logistics Center IV is a 426,302 square foot concrete tilt-up distribution facility built for Panattoni Development in Rialto, CA. The new warehouse building is the third of three buildings built for Panattoni simultaneously within a block of each other in the rapidly-developing Renaissance Development area just off the 210 freeway.
