Fullmer recently completed Chino Hills Commerce Center, a new 100,326 square foot concrete tilt-up industrial warehouse. Conveniently located near the 71 freeway in Chino Hills, the Chino Hills Commerce Center has 5,364 of office square feet on a 4.87 acre lot.

The building was strategically placed on a triangular corner lot giving it a unique shape and creating a remarkable design. It features a two-level office space with a mezzanine leading up to a large open-concept second level. A fresh, modern color scheme helps create a picturesque building.

Shenandoah Distribution Center Completed in San Bernardino, CA

Fullmer recently completed the Shenandoah Distribution Center, a new 340,080 square foot concrete tilt-up industrial warehouse facility located in San Bernardino, CA. Situated on a 14-acre site just off the 215 freeway, the building features convenient access to the 15, 210 and 215 freeways. 

Stratford Ranch Building 3 Completed in Perris, CA

Fullmer recently completed Stratford Ranch Building 3, a new Class A cross-dock distribution facility built for IDI Gazeley in Perris, CA. The new 456,652 square foot warehouse building is a part of the 101-acre master-planned Stratford Ranch industrial park located along the rapidly-developing 215 corridor.  

Indian Commerce Center Completed in Moreno Valley, CA

Fullmer recently completed the Indian Commerce Center, a new 436,350 square foot concrete tilt-up distribution facility located in Moreno Valley, CA. Ideally situated along the rapidly-developing I-215 industrial corridor, the building features convenient access to the 215 and 60 freeways. 

Waterman Distribution Center Completed in San Bernardino, CA

The Waterman Distribution Center is a 554,000 square foot concrete tilt-up industrial building located in San Bernardino, CA. Situated on a 25-acre site less than one mile from the 10 / 215 freeway interchange, Fullmer built the project for Industrial Property Trust, bringing a beautiful new facility to this older area of the Inland Empire market.

I-210 Logistics Center IV Completed in Rialto, CA

I-210 Logistics Center IV is a 426,302 square foot concrete tilt-up distribution facility built for Panattoni Development in Rialto, CA. The new warehouse building is the third of three buildings built for Panattoni simultaneously within a block of each other in the rapidly-developing Renaissance Development area just off the 210 freeway.

Located just two miles off the 215 freeway in the booming Moreno Valley industrial submarket, the building offers a spacious warehouse as well as 20,000 square feet of office space.

Sierra Lakes Commerce Center Completed in Fontana, CA

Sierra Lakes Commerce Center is a 597,818 square foot speculative cross-dock warehouse building recently completed in Fontana, CA. Located just North of the 210 freeway with excellent frontage along bustling Sierra Avenue, the new distribution facility offers vast warehouse space, as well as nearly 4,000 square feet of office area.

MCA Business Center Completed in Temecula, CA

The MCA Business Center is a 150,139 square foot concrete tilt-up distribution facility located in beautiful Temecula, CA. Situated just South of the 15 / 215 freeway interchange, the speculative warehouse building was built for developer MCA Realty and represents the first ground-up project completed in Temecula in more than a decade (Fullmer delivered the 15-building Temecula Corporate Center in 2008).
