Fullmer has completed construction on a new 43,000 square foot warehouse facility at the corner of Vineyard and Acacia in the city of Ontario, CA. Located near the 15, 10 and 60 freeways and directly across the street from Ontario Airport, the spec industrial building is near the UPS and FedEx Distribution Centers and primly located for its future tenant.

Jellco Container Facility Completed in Anaheim, CA


Fullmer’s latest completed project is the 180,162 square foot Jellco Container Facility, located in Anaheim, CA. Situated near the 57 and 91 freeway interchange on a nearly 10 acre site, the building is strategically located in the center of the Southern California supply hub. Citrus Commerce Center Completed in Fontana, CA


Fullmer recently completed Citrus Commerce Center, a 77-acre master-planned industrial park located in Fontana, CA. Built for developer Alere Property Group, the development consists of three high-cube concrete tilt-up distribution facilities totaling 1,837,720 square feet. The buildings are situated at the corner of Citrus and Jurupa, near the 10, 15 and 60 freeways.

Duke Heacock Industrial Building Completed in Moreno Valley, CA


Fullmer Construction recently completed Duke Heacock, a 400,395 square foot concrete tilt-up industrial building located in Moreno Valley, CA.

Thomas Ranch Business Park Completed in Corona, CA


Fullmer recently completed the three-building Thomas Ranch Business Park in Corona, CA. The second group of buildings completed for Turner Real Estate Investments by Fullmer in 2017, Thomas Ranch offers 129,315 total square feet and more than 15,000 square feet of office space.

Southern California Logistics Centre Building 18 Completed in Victorville, CA


Fullmer recently completed Southern California Logistics Centre Building 18, the latest addition to the master planned 8,500-acre transportation hub in Victorville, CA. Located minutes from the 15 freeway, Fullmer developed the project with developer Stirling Development as part of the 2,500-acre master planned industrial portion of the complex, known as the Southern California Logistics Centre, which is conveniently located adjacent to the Southern California Logistics Airport.

Wolverine Distribution Center Completed in Beaumont, CA


Fullmer recently completed the new 720,000 square foot build-to-suit Wolverine Distribution Center in Beaumont, CA. Positioned with exceptional visibility off the 60 freeway, the facility serves as the new West Coast distribution hub for Wolverine Worldwide, a global distributor of major footwear brands including the trademark Wolverine work boots.

West Fontana Logistics Center Completed in Fontana, CA


Fullmer has completed construction of the West Fontana Logistics Center, built for developer Panattoni Development Company. The 135,651 square foot state-of-the-art Class A spec facility is situated on a 6 acre site in the southwestern portion of the city of Fontana, within the Southwest Industrial Park.

California and Campus Project Completed in Ontario, CA


Fullmer Construction recently completed a two-building project for Panattoni Development in Ontario, CA. California and Campus offers one building at the corner of Campus Avenue and California Street, with a smaller facility located a block away at Sunkist Street and Caldwell Avenue. The project began with removing what was left of the old Sunkist bottling plant, as well as dismantling and reconstructing the old Sunkist water tower, now preserved across the street.
