Fullmer recently completed Meridian Distribution Center III, a new concrete tilt-up industrial building located in Riverside, CA. The 262,000 square foot building is part of Meridian Business Park, a master planned commerce and distribution center located on 1,290 acres. The industrial park is 3 miles south of the SR-60 and I-215 freeways, and located near high profile corporate neighbors Amazon, KIA Motors, UPS, Lowe’s and Home Depot.

This building is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, which provides for a wide footprint on a 17.70 acre lot. 3,700 square feet of office space is located at both ends of the building, each with their own entrance and direct parking. The exterior of the building is beautifully landscaped and includes a covered trellis with an outdoor lunch seating area.
