Shimano Ground Break Event

In November, Shimano American Corporation, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the expansion of their warehouse in Irvine, California. The event celebrated the over 45,000 square foot expansion to their existing warehouse. 

Knox Logistics Center Rock Blast

Fullmer is building two buildings totaling over one million square feet for Trammell Crow in Riverside County. While preparing for the project, Fullmer found granite on-site that had to be removed for the pad to be built. The photos from the granite blast are above.  

The blasting will be complete soon and the project will continue. Currently Fullmer is working on digging footings and concrete should be poured in the next few weeks. 

 

Christ Lutheran Family Life Center Completed

Fullmer Construction has completed Christ Lutheran Church’s new Family Life Center in Brea. The building replaces an existing building that housed a 50-year-old multipurpose room and kitchen.

Duke Chino Project Underway

Fullmer Construction’s latest 421,031 square foot tilt up Class A warehouse project is under construction in Chino, California.

The project for Duke Realty is ideally located by the 60 and 71 freeway and adjacent to the Union Pacific Rail spur with access available. To be completed in December of 2012 the project will feature a 30 foot clear height, ESFR sprinkler system, secured concrete truck yard and trailer parking and full concrete auto drive aisles and parking. The building is also constructed to be divisible into smaller spaces if needed. 

Wall Tilt at La Sierra University

Fullmer’s La Sierra University’s Business School project is well underway. The wall tilt was completed last week with the steel structure portions of the building being completed this week.

The project will be completed in April of 2013 and will host students in the Summer and Fall terms of 2013. 

Completion of Marlay Project

Fullmer has completed construction on the 326,945 square foot Marlay Distribution Center in Fontana. The spec project, completed for Alere property group, features 47 dock doors, 2 grade level doors, warehouse foil insulation, ESFR overhead fire sprinklers, extra large and secured concrete paved truck parking, concrete and WI fencing and 3 store front offices for future build out.

Fullmer completes Terra Francesco project

Fullmer Construction has completed construction on the 414,543 square foot spec building for ProLogis. The finished project sits right off Vineyard on Francis close to the 10, 60 and 15 freeways and minutes from Ontario International Airport.

Fullmer completed construction of the project as well as street improvements on the surrounding streets, landscaping and an office area. The final project boasts of:

-       56 dock high doors

Fullmer Construction just completed a complete tenant improvement of 370 Turnbull in the City of Industry. The improvements included:

Construction Update: Christ Lutheran

Fullmer is midway through construction on Christ Lutheran's Family Life Center in Brea. The construction began with the removal of an existing small building that housed a multipurpose room and kitchen that was approximately 50 years old. The new Family Life Center will include: 

- Gymnasium

- Nursery music room 

- State of the art kitchen 

- Restrooms

- Elevator

- Exterior improvement 

- Infrastructure improvements

- Renovated Sacristy 

San Michelle Logistics Center Complete

The last few years have been tough on the big box industry, so Fullmer Construction was excited to be a part of one of the first big box buildings to be released for construction in 2011. That project, San Michelle Logistics Center, is now complete. The completed 691,960 square foot project constructed for First Industrial features:

·      A cross dock configuration with 116 dock locations and a full concrete apron, yard and main drives

·      32 foot clear height
