The Liberty Distribution Center is a 156,323 square foot concrete tilt-up industrial building recently completed in Redlands, CA. Situated on an 8-acre site with easy access to the 10, 210 and 215 freeways, the finished product was built for Liberty Property Trust and represents the developer’s first complete ground-up industrial project in the Southern California market.

Situated on an 8-acre site, the new 174,438 square foot industrial building is the third of four buildings built by Fullmer simultaneously within a block of each other in the rapidly-expanding Renaissance Development just off the 210 freeway.
