I-210 Logistics Center V is a 200,411 square foot concrete tilt-up distribution facility built for Panattoni Development in Rialto, CA. The new industrial warehouse building is the second of three buildings built for Panattoni simultaneously within a block of each other in the rapidly-developing Renaissance Development area just off the 210 freeway.

Moreno Valley Logistics Center #5 is a 601,810 square foot concrete tilt-up distribution facility recently completed in Moreno Valley, CA. Located just East of the 215 freeway near March Air Reserve Base, the new speculative warehouse building sits in a prime location on a 28-acre site within the booming I-215 industrial corridor.

Steel Pipe Manufacturing Building Completed in Rialto, CA

Fullmer recently completed a new 43,357 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for State Pipe and Supply in Rialto, CA. Situated just off the 210 freeway with excellent visibility from the eastbound lanes, the building houses the extensive operations of West Coast Spiral Pipe, State Pipe’s fabrication and coating division where steel water pipeline systems are manufactured for municipalities, water districts and other public and private agencies. The plant is capable of producing pipe from 16” to 120” in diameter.

Fullmer recently completed I-210 Logistics Center III, a new Class A cross-dock distribution facility built for Panattoni Development in Rialto, CA. The new 702,668 square foot warehouse building is the first of three buildings built for Panattoni simultaneously within a block of each other in the rapidly-developing Renaissance Development area just off the 210 freeway.  

Century Distribution Center II Completed in Lynwood, CA

Century Distribution Center II is a 201,027 square foot industrial distribution building located in Lynwood, CA. Situated just off the 105 freeway, the new state-of-the-art spec warehouse facility was built for developer Duke Realty and sits in the highly sought-after South Bay submarket.

The Slover Commerce Center is located in Fontana, CA just off the 10 freeway near the 15 interchange. Situated on a nearly 30-acre site, this 671,557 square foot concrete tilt-up industrial building offers a spacious warehouse along with more than 10,000 square feet of prime office space. The IPT Georgia Distribution Center is a 153,010 square foot concrete tilt-up industrial building located in San Bernardino, CA. Situated just off the 215 freeway near the 210 interchange, the finished product was built for Industrial Property Trust and brings a fresh new logistics facility to this older industrial area of the Inland Empire market.

US Bowling Chino Buildings Completed in Chino, CA

Fullmer Construction recently completed a three-building project for US Bowling Corporation in Chino, CA. Totaling 112,940 total square feet, the buildings stand at 27,250, 28,660 and 57,030 square feet respectively. Each of these speculative warehouse facilities also includes a two-story tenant improvement, totaling more than 12,000 square feet of fresh office space. With excellent street frontage and beautiful landscaping throughout the site, as well as ample parking, the finished product is another nice addition to Fullmer’s multi-building portfolio.

The Pomona Distribution Center is a six-building master-planned industrial business park built for Crow Holdings Industrial at the corner of Mission Boulevard and Humane Way in Pomona, CA. Totaling 433,493 square feet, the buildings are situated on a 20-acre site just south of the 10 / 57 / 71 freeway intersection, with convenient access to the 60 and 210 freeways and much of the San Gabriel Valley. The six buildings range in size from 37, 640 to 146,806 square feet.
