Diamond Wipes Expansion Completed in Chino, CA

We recently completed a 55,561 square foot expansion for Diamond Wipes International, a leading manufacturer and distributer of wet wipes and other similar products. Located in Chino, Fullmer expanded the campus by adding a new concrete tilt-up warehouse facility adjacent to their existing building. The facility features 28’ clear ceilings, 1,000 square feet of office space, as well as a 10,000 square foot mezzanine.

First Reyes Logistics Center Completed in Rancho Dominguez, CA

The First Reyes Logistics Center is located in Rancho Dominguez, CA, just off the 710 freeway near the 91 interchange. Standing at 63,450 square feet, the building offers a fresh new logistics facility to this older industrial area of Los Angeles.

Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic Tenant Improvement Completed in Los Angeles, CA

Fullmer’s latest completed project is a unique state-of-the-art tenant improvement to the 6,290 square foot offices of Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles, CA. A Cedars-Sinai affiliate, Kerlan-Jobe boasts a long history as one of the pioneers of sports medicine in Southern California.

Fullmer Construction recently achieved a key milestone by bringing to completion the project with the longest timeframe in our history, Westlake Park Place. Located just off the 101 freeway in the beautiful Westlake Village business district near downtown Thousand Oaks, Westlake Park Place is the newest and most prestigious corporate headquarters development in the Conejo Valley.

OMP Alondra Business Center Completed in La Mirada, CA

Fullmer recently completed the OMP Alondra Business Center, a 199,588 square foot state-of-the-art distribution center located in La Mirada, CA. Ideally situated just off the 5 freeway with nearby access to the airport and ports, the new concrete tilt-up industrial facility also features an 11,537 square foot two story office with high-end finishes and upgrades.

Oakmont Pomona Industrial Building Completed in Pomona, CA

The Oakmont Pomona warehouse building is a 197,685 square foot speculative concrete tilt-up “cold dark shell” located in the industrial sector of Pomona, CA, with close proximity to the 10, 60, 57 and 71 freeways. Fullmer’s latest completed project is composed of excellent warehouse space and three corner entrances for potential future office areas to suit a new tenant.

PennyMac Tenant Improvement Completed in Thousand Oaks, CA

Located in the Westlake Park Place business park just off the 101 freeway in Westlake Village, the new 60,000 square foot corporate headquarters offers countless state-of-the-art features for its new tenant.

Fullmer Celebrates 70th Anniversary

Fullmer Construction recently celebrated its 70th anniversary with a formal corporate evening at the Colony House, a rustic event venue in Anaheim, CA. Many of the longtime industry partners we've had the pleasure of working with for so many years were in attendance, along with Fullmer employees. It was a beautiful evening of delicious food, networking and sharing memories together. We are truly blessed to continue to do what we love after 70 years, and so thankful to all who have shared with us in making it possible.

Mission & Hellman Distribution Facility Completed in Ontario, CA

Fullmer has completed construction on a new 102,440 square foot distribution facility on the corner of Mission and Hellman near the 15, 10 and 60 freeways in Ontario, CA. Located directly across the street from Ontario Airport and the UPS and FedEx Distribution Centers, the building is primly located for new tenant Parter Medical Products.

Turner 4th Street Industrial Building Completed in Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Fullmer’s latest completed project is the 116,480 square foot Turner 4th Street industrial building, located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Situated near the 10 and 15 freeway interchange on a nearly 6 acre site, the building is in close proximity to Ontario International Airport, and not too far from the Ports. Also included is a 7,000 square foot two-level tenant improvement.
