Fullmer Construction completed the Baseline Distribution Center, located at the corner of Baseline Road and Laurel Avenue in Rialto, CA. Situated on an 8-acre site, the 174,438 square foot industrial building is the third of four buildings built by Fullmer simultaneously within a block of each other in the rapidly-expanding Renaissance Development just off the 210 freeway. Built for developer Shaw Properties, the facility is strategically located 6 miles from the BNSF and Union Pacific train yards, and less than 100 miles from the Ports of LA and Long Beach.

Suitable for warehouse, distribution and manufacturing use, the facility includes nearly 2,000 square feet of expandable office space. The 32’ clear warehouse includes 21 dock doors and two drive-through doors, ESFR sprinkler system and 179’ all-concrete truck court with 26 trailer parking stalls.
