CapRock Distribution Center II is the second of two speculative tilt-up warehouses constructed by Fullmer in 2015 for CapRock Partners. The 609,888 square foot facility is located in Rialto, just north of the 210 freeway. Situated in a prime area of the Inland Empire industrial sector that also includes neighboring well-known tenants such as Target, Under Armour and UPS, the divisible state-of-the-art industrial facility is conveniently positioned for enhanced distribution capabilities and ease of access to nearby freeways.

Features include nearly 3,000 square feet of pre-built open office space complete with restrooms, three private offices, conference room, tiled break room with sink and cabinetry, and motion-activated lighting throughout.
