The Liberty Distribution Center is a 156,323 square foot concrete tilt-up industrial building in Redlands, CA. Situated on an 8-acre site with easy access to the 10, 210 and 215 freeways, the finished product was built for Liberty Property Trust and represents the developer’s first complete ground-up industrial project in the Southern California market.

The building offers nearly 3,000 square feet of two-level office space complete with a finished mezzanine providing direct access down to the warehouse. The 32’ clear warehouse features 26 dock doors, one drive-through door, 800-amp electrical, 3% skylights, ESFR sprinkler system and 54’ x 50’ column spacing with a 60’ speed bay. The secured 164’ rear-load truck court offers 21 trailer parking stalls; the site is completed with 93 auto parking spaces and major offsite improvements were done to the streets on both sides of the property, Alabama Street and San Bernardino Avenue.  

A beautiful addition to the growing industrial sector in Redlands, the facility is LEED certified.
