Moreno Valley Logistics Center #5 is a 601,810 square foot concrete tilt-up distribution facility recently completed in Moreno Valley, CA. Located just East of the 215 freeway near March Air Reserve Base, the new speculative warehouse building sits in a prime location on a 28-acre site within the booming I-215 industrial corridor.

Built for mega-developer Prologis, key features include 2,350 square feet of spec open office space in the southeast corner. The building is divisible, with a second buildout ready for possible future office space at the opposite corner. The spacious warehouse includes 36’ clear ceiling with ample skylights, 102 dock high doors, two drive-through doors, ESFR sprinkler system, 56’ x 60’ typical column spacing, and secured 185’ truck court with four gated points of access, 90 trailer stalls and two trash enclosures.

Site improvements consist of a large bio-retention basin, drought-tolerant landscaping and 311 auto parking spaces. LEED certified, the tenant-ready finished project is another great addition to the flourishing Inland Empire commercial real estate market.
