Fullmer completed the three building Pacific Business Center business park for Pacific Industrial in Bell, CA. Located with prominent freeway frontage just off the 710 freeway, the project included a build-to-suit for FedEx and two speculative buildings, both of which included two-story office tenant improvements. 

The two spec buildings are state-of-the-art, and LEED Gold certified. Spec building 1 stands at just over 218,000 square feet, offering 42 dock doors, two drive-through doors, 32' clear height, ESFR sprinklers, 3% skylight coverage, 100% secured concrete truck yard, 7" warehouse slab, MM80 through the entire warehouse and EV charging stations. The building is split down the middle by a demising wall, allowing two tenants to operate. 

The 70,121 square foot spec building 2 features 7 dock doors, one drive-through door, 30' clear height, ESFR sprinklers, 3% skylight coverage, 144' secured concrete truck court, solar ready roof and EV charging stations. 

The third building was a build-to-suit facility constructed specifically for FedEx Home Delivery. Standing at 132,546 square feet, features include 5,000 square feet of new office space, 14 dock doors, ample parking and spaces for low emitting and fuel efficient vehicles. It is LEED Silver certified.
