Fullmer Construction completed the Riverside Avenue Industrial Facility, a 300,564 square foot concrete tilt-up building positioned on 13 acres in Rialto, CA.

Situated with excellent access just South of the 10 freeway, the facility offers 10,000 square feet of office space split between two tenant improvements, located on the Northeast and Southeast corners. Two entrances in the center of the building offer the potential for two additional future office areas. Warehouse features include 32’ clear height ceilings, ESFR sprinklers, 3% skylights, 52’x50’ typical column spacing, 4,000 amp power capacity, 53 dock doors, two grade level drive-through doors, and a fully secured 175’ truck court with 59 trailer parking stalls and access from both Riverside and Jurupa Avenues.

The project is completed by 53,153 square feet of high-end landscaping surrounding the site on three sides, including a new median installed on Riverside Avenue the length of the building. 194 parking spaces include six handicap spots and 16 spots for fuel efficient vehicles.
