Fullmer completed the West Fontana Logistics Center, built for developer Panattoni Development Company. The 135,651 square foot state-of-the-art Class A spec facility is situated on a 6 acre site in the southwestern portion of the city of Fontana, within the Southwest Industrial Park.

The property offers an exceptional core location near the intersection of Interstates 10 and 15, just 10 minutes east of Ontario International Airport. The property has immediate access to the Southern California freeway system with seven major freeways within a twenty mile radius (I-215, SR-60, I-10, I-15, SR-91, I-210, SR-57).

The building contains just over 3,000 square feet of two-story high-end office space.
