Corporate Centers Featured Project

From 2003 through 2008 Fullmer worked on the Turner Riverwalk corporate center. Located in Riverside, CA, the completed center features 56 industrial, office, office/condo and medical office buildings totaling over 600,000 square feet. Fullmer was proud to be able to partner with Turner Development on the creation of such a large, multi-functional facility.

When working with Fullmer the message is always clear: relationship over profit. This priority proves that they not only value our business, but conduct their own with honesty and integrity.

Fullmer was honored to be selected as the contractor to build an 11,000 square foot concrete tilt-up building to serve as the new state-of-the-art CHP Headquarters in Sacramento. The building was nominated by Sacramento's Biz Journals for an architecture award in 2011. Fullmer also completed 287,544 square feet of tenant improvements to three existing buildings, including the development of a steel structure complete with a Blackhawk emergency helipad. The new headquarters, which is Silver LEED certified throughout, enabled CHP to consolidate all departments throughout the Sacramento area into this main location.

Temecula Corporate Center consists of seven office space tilt-up buildings for both single story and two story offices with elevator capabilities, as well as eight flex tilt-up buildings. The buildings total 186,700 square feet accommodating small offices, warehousing and distribution with mezzanines for second floor build outs. The buildings each have their own flavor, but the architecture and design tie them together into one park. Lush landscaping complete with numerous palm trees surrounds the buildings, and their location at the base of the foothills with an elevated view of the valley makes this one of the more picturesque corporate centers in Temecula.

Located in Palm Desert just off the 10 freeway, Pointe Monterey Business Park consists of 15 concrete tilt-up buildings totaling 235,334 square feet. Developed to create space for offices with mezzanines, single story offices or offices with distribution capabilities, the park provides flexibility for the owner and the clients.

Nevada Business Park consists of five concrete tilt-up buildings totaling 288,126 square feet to create a corporate center with a professional feeling and flexibility for the tenants. The buildings offer unique office spaces for a variety of different clients.

A unique two building office complex of grade A core and shell improvements was attached to an additional 110,000 square feet of open area for expansion on the first and second floors. Each building featured a complete core improvement with selective high end materials and finishes to accent the elaborate exterior details of stone, wall cornices, enhanced lighting and paint pallet. This complex sits within a Corporate setting of office and manufacturing companies. Fullmer conquered a tight budget and expedited schedule for the developer.

Located in Riverside, CA near the 15, 60 and 91 freeways, Airport Commerce Center consists of 14 concrete tilt-up buildings totaling 185,945 square feet. This business park is directly adjacent to Riverside Municipal Airport, and provides professional office and warehouse space for numerous tenants.
