3M Ontario Distribution Center Completed

Fullmer Construction recently completed a brand new Distribution Center for 3M in Ontario, CA. Conveniently located just off the 15 & 60 freeways, this 456,357 square foot concrete tilt-up building contains 14,000 square feet of office space – a primary office and warehouse office with additional restrooms. The vast warehouse space includes two Hazardous Materials rooms, complete with in-rack sprinkler systems, as well as an abundance of rack space. Site improvements include beautiful landscaping, and an 800 square foot concrete tilt-up “welcome center” complete with workspace and restroom sits at the entrance to the truck-loading area, which offers 64 dock doors. The facility also includes a Kohler backup generator for emergency lighting, an indoor pump room, and spacious lunch room.

Fullmer is pleased with the fact that the project was completed within the project deadline and budget. This is a turnkey facility built specifically for 3M, who began moving in on April 1, 2015.
