3M Ontario Innovation Center – Phase I

Fullmer Construction completed a brand new distribution center for 3M in Ontario, CA. Conveniently located just off the 15 & 60 freeways, this 456,357 square foot concrete tilt-up building contains 14,000 square feet of office space – a primary office and warehouse office with additional restrooms. The vast warehouse space includes two Hazardous Materials rooms, complete with in-rack sprinkler systems, as well as an abundance of rack space. Site improvements include beautiful landscaping, and an 800 square foot concrete tilt-up “welcome center” complete with workspace and restroom sits at the entrance to the truck-loading area, which offers 64 dock doors. The facility also includes a Kohler backup generator for emergency lighting, an indoor pump room, and spacious lunch room.
