West Ontario Logistics Center

The West Ontario Logistics Center is a 1,196,303 square foot concrete tilt-up industrial building located in Ontario, CA. Built for Prologis, this center is situated on 17.17 acres, and located near the I-10, 60, and 91 freeways. This massive building has already been leased out to a high-profile company.

The building includes a speculative tenant improvement, with 9,904 square feet of office space and a mezzanine. Warehouse features 40’ clear height, four drive-through doors, 204 dock-doors, 2.5% skylights, ESFR sprinkler system, 56’ x 60’ column spacing, 2,000-amp power (upgradeable to 4,000), and an 8” fully-reinforced steel fiber concrete floor.
