Fullmer recently completed Mountain Technology Center, 5 brand new, state-of-the art manufacturing warehouses totaling 513,087 square feet in Mountain House, CA. This is the first completed project for Fullmer since we opened our new Northern California office. This center is located 1.5 miles north of the I-205, and with convenient access to all Bay Area and Central Valley major freeways. Strategically situated with close proximity to the BNSF intermodal facility.

Warehouse features 28’-32’ clear height, ESFR sprinkler system, 3% skylights, 1,200-2,000 amp 270/480v, and 52’ x 50′ column spacing. Concrete truck courts 48’-183’ and each building has plenty of auto parking stalls. Beautiful lush landscaping lines the surrounding property.
