Fullmer recently completed Mountain View Industrial Park, a two-building project for Prologis in Fontana, CA. Situated on a combined 14.76 acres, with close proximity to the I-10 freeway, the buildings are a 5-minute drive from each other, and total over 306,290 total square feet of warehouse space.

Mountain View industrial building #4 stands at 204,760 square feet and includes 5,293 square feet of office space, with offices located on each side of the building. Warehouse includes 32’ clear height, ESFR sprinklers, 2,000-amp service, 2 drive-through doors, 19 dock high doors. Secured 195’ concrete truck court, 36 trailer stalls, 75 auto stalls and site work includes new paving of the street and drought tolerant landscaping.

Mountain View industrial park #5 stands at 103,162 square feet and facility includes 3,434 of flexible office space. Warehouse features 32’ clear height, ESFR sprinklers, 21 dock high doors, 2 drive-through doors, secured concrete court and 79 auto parking stalls. These buildings make a great addition to the growing southwest Fontana industrial park area.
