Fullmer recently completed a brand-new state-of-the-art concrete tilt-up distribution center for Ferguson Enterprises. The building is 1,039,898 square feet and situated on a 46.95 acre site located in Perris, CA. Immediate access is available from the I-215 freeway, and easy accessibly to other major freeways via the Ramona Expressway on/off ramp.
This building includes impressive tenant improvements, created and designed for the employee’s engagement with over 36,000 square feet of office space. This workspace environment consists of over 36,000 square feet of office space with warm lighting, clear signage, state-of-the-art breakrooms, and places to have fun. Offering six breakrooms with large TV’s, indoor and outdoor seating, employee lockers, a training center and a basketball court. A full retail store open to the public is also in the Southeast corner, with eight cash registers.
