Fullmer completed a two-distribution building project for supermarket giant TAWA in Buena Park, CA. Located between the 5 and 91 freeways in Orange County, this project sits on over 16.54 acres and totals over 378,294 square feet. The buildings stand at 179,026 and 199,268 square feet and included 49,580 square feet of tenant improvements.

This site features many upgrades including premium lighting, contemporary tenant improvement in the lobby and foyer, wood and metal stair railings, and polished concrete floors. The office space has an open concept with exposed ceiling and ducting for a modern industrial setting. The exclusive presidential suite boasts a private lounge and personal kitchen.

The warehouse includes a state-of-the-art 40,000 square foot cooler and building two has a 15,000 square foot freezer slab. Warehouses have 32” clear height, ESFR sprinkler system, 130’ fully gated concrete truck court and offers 429 auto parking stalls combined, 4 electric vehicle charging station and two guard shacks.
