Shenandoah Distribution Center Completed in San Bernardino, CA

Fullmer recently completed the Shenandoah Distribution Center, a new 340,080 square foot concrete tilt-up industrial warehouse facility located in San Bernardino, CA. Situated on a 14-acre site just off the 215 freeway, the building features convenient access to the 15, 210 and 215 freeways. 

Constructed as a spec development for Shaw Properties, the building offers 10,000 square feet of two-level office space, complete with a large conference room, three private offices, break room and open office work area. The mezzanine features open work space with stairs leading down to the warehouse.

The 32’ clear warehouse features 47 dock doors, two drive-through doors, ESFR sprinkler system, 52’ x 60’ column spacing and motion-sensing LED lighting. The 131’ truck court is fully secured and offers 62 trailer parking stalls; the site is completed with 211 auto parking spaces, including 7 EVSE charging stations.
