New Project Portfolio: Stratford Ranch Building 3

Fullmer completed Stratford Ranch Building 3, a Class A cross-dock distribution facility built for IDI Gazeley in Perris, CA. The 456,652 square foot warehouse building is a part of the 101-acre master-planned Stratford Ranch industrial park located along the rapidly-developing 215 corridor.  

Situated on a 22-acre site, the finished product includes a beautiful 5,544 square foot corner office tenant improvement. Features include high-end upgrades and premium finishes, a large conference room overlooking the warehouse, four private offices, employee break room and spacious open work area.

Warehouse features include 36’ clear height, 7” Ductilcrete slab, 104 dock doors, four drive-through doors, 30 dock levelers, 2,000-amp power (expandable to 4,000), four high-velocity warehouse fans, 3% skylights, motion-activated LED lighting and ESFR sprinkler system. The 129’ and 185’ truck courts are both fully-secured and feature 55 trailer parking stalls.
