Modular Logistics Center Completed in Moreno Valley, CA

Fullmer recently completed the Modular Logistics Center, a new state-of-the-art Class A distribution center spanning 1,109,378 square feet. Located just two miles off the 215 freeway in the booming Moreno Valley industrial submarket, the building offers a spacious warehouse as well as 20,000 square feet of office space.

Key details include a mammoth 40’ clear height, cross dock configuration, ESFR sprinkler system, 8” concrete slab, 3% skylights, 4,000-amp electrical (expandable to 8,000), 256 dock high doors and four drive-through doors. 185’ all-concrete truck courts are fully secured and offer 300 trailer parking stalls. The site is completed with 369 auto parking stalls, and extensive street work was completed on both Modular Way and busy Perris Boulevard.
