Fullmer Construction recently completed the Carson Commerce Center in Carson, CA. Situated just off the 101 freeway, the new 147,059 square foot concrete tilt-up “Class A” distribution facility was built for Alere Property Group as a speculative development.

Suitable for warehouse, distribution and manufacturing use, the building offers 9,644 square feet of two-level office space. Warehouse features include 36’ clear height, ESFR sprinkler system, 8” slab, 3% skylights, 18 dock doors with 8 dock levelers, two drive-through doors and a 135’ secured truck court. The site is completed by 20,000 square feet of beautiful landscaping, and ample parking includes spaces for clean air/vanpool/electric vehicles.
