CapRock Distribution Center I – Linden and Casmalia

The CapRock Linden and Casmalia Distribution Center is located in Rialto, CA. Situated just off the 210 freeway, the 428,164 square foot concrete tilt-up distribution warehouse offers the ability to add two future office spaces at two corner entrances. The vast warehouse space includes an ESFR sprinkler system, 55 dock doors and two ramped rollup doors. Gated truck entrances on both ends of the building, as well as a large truck court, provide for ease of freight access. There is a large break tank in the corner of the truck court for the fire sprinkler system, as well as an outdoor pump house.

The site is completed by beautiful landscaping around all sides, which has a low emitting sprinkler system with drip setup. Ample parking includes spaces for low emission/fuel efficient vehicles and an electric vehicle charging station. Built for CapRock Partners, the facility was sold to Prologis during the construction process, and shortly thereafter Guitar Center chose to become the tenant and utilize the building as their new West Coast distribution center.
