Fullmer completed the 122,585 square foot Westates Jurupa distribution building, located adjacent to the bustling 15 freeway in Ontario. Perfectly situated with direct access from the Cantu-Galleano Ranch Road off ramp, this beautiful facility offers excellent freeway visibility and convenient access, making it a prime addition to this industrial corridor of the Inland Empire.

The corner office area features a stunning entrance complete with aluminum canopy, glass paneling and stone accents. An inviting reception area opens into 5,100 square feet of premium office space, completed with numerous high-end finishes and upgrades.
