Located in the industrial sector of Gardena with convenient access to the key Los Angeles freeways and ports, the 114,061 square foot Storm Distribution Center was completed by Fullmer Construction.

The facility includes a two-level tenant improvement offering 8,000 square feet of office space, as well as an additional buildout on the opposite corner for a future office area. Features include a lobby, five private offices, break room, as well as a spacious open office area, large conference room, and modern bathrooms with upgraded subway tile on each floor. Energy efficient lighting turns on and off with motion, and an exit from the mezzanine overlooks and leads down into the warehouse.

The warehouse offers 21 dock high doors, 2 grade level doors, 32’ clear ceiling, ESFR sprinklers and 800 amp electrical. The 135’ truck court has access from both sides of the property, as well as multiple trash enclosures.

Stunning landscaping surrounds the site and significantly enhances this area of the Southern Los Angeles industrial market. The project was completed and turned over to the owner two weeks early.
