Fullmer Hosts Groundbreaking Ceremony For Sierra Lakes Commerce Center in Fontana, CA
Fullmer broke ground last week on a new speculative 598,000 square foot Class A distribution center in Fontana, CA. The project, situated in a prime Inland Empire West location on a 27.5-acre site along Sierra Avenue and Interstate 210, will also feature 2,000 square feet of office space. The building is scheduled to complete in early 2018.
Partnering with developer Trammell Crow Company, Fullmer hosted an official groundbreaking ceremony at the site. Distinguished guests included Ms. Acquanetta Warren (Mayor of Fontana), Phil Cothran (President of the Fontana Chamber of Commerce), the entire leadership team from the Newport Beach office of Trammell Crow, and numerous others from the Fontana City Council, Chamber of Commerce, City of Fontana, San Bernardino County and various Commercial Real Estate firms and brokerages.
“Dirt means we have an opportunity to enhance our community” exclaimed Mayor Warren. “The groundbreaking for the Sierra Lakes Commerce Center means more opportunities and jobs are on the horizon for the City of Fontana.”
