Totaling 112,940 total square feet, the buildings stand at 27,250, 28,660 and 57,030 square feet respectively. Each of these speculative warehouse facilities also includes a two-story tenant improvement, totaling more than 12,000 square feet of fresh office space. With excellent street frontage and beautiful landscaping throughout the site, as well as ample parking, the finished product is another nice addition to Fullmer’s multi-building portfolio.
