Fullmer recently completed the Myford Road building, built for Panattoni in Tustin, CA. The cross dock industrial building is 219,827 square feet and includes 8,948 square feet of office space. Situated on 9.90 acres, the building is conveniently located near the I-5 freeway.  

Warehouse features includes 36’ clear height, 56’ x 60’ column spacing, Slab 7” thick, 2.5% skylights, ESFR sprinkler system and 2,000-amp electrical switchgear (480/277 volt, 3-phase) with 4,000amp. The cross-dock facility includes 47 (9’x10’) dock doors, and 2 grade level doors (12’x14’) with a fully secured 132’ concrete truck courts and 111 auto parking stalls.

The building is beautifully landscaped throughout with drought tolerant shrubs. A pathway lined with plants and rocks leads to the front entrance for an enhanced design.
