Fullmer Construction recently completed Corona Lakeside Logistics Center in Corona, CA. This project is a 730,000 square feet state-of-the-art logistics and distribution facility consisting of 5 buildings on 37 acres and conveniently located off the I-15 and 91 freeways.

Key warehouse details in each building include 36’ clear height, 7’ floor slab, ESFR sprinkler system, 4000amp/480v-electrical and 60’x56’ column spacing. Fully secured concrete truck courts and a minimum of two ground level doors. The site includes 299 auto parking stalls and 37 trailer parking spaces. Site improvements included extensive street work, drought tolerant landscaping and a beautiful, serene lake view.
