Fullmer Construction recently completed Banning One, a 1M square foot industrial building in Banning, CA. Built for Logistics Property Company. Situated on 60 acres and directly located off the 10 freeway with I-10 frontage and rail service available.

Warehouse key features 40’ clear height, 182 dock high doors in cross-dock configuration, 4 grade level doors, 56’ x 60’ column spacing, ESFR sprinkler system, and 2% sky lights. All concrete truck courts, 326 trailer stalls and 303 car stalls. Conduits to 14 future EV charger locations and provide 6 dual charge point chargers.

Site improvements included over a mile of street, lined with trees and drought tolerant landscaping.
