Beaumont Crossroad Logistics Park
Fullmer recently completed its largest single building to date, Beaumont Crossroad Logistics Park in Beaumont, CA. The build-to-suit industrial building is a massive 1.8-million square feet situated on 80 acres. This was a joint venture between Affinius Capital and McDonald Property Group. United Legwear & Apparel Company, LLC (ULAC) has signed a long-term lease for this building. ULAC specializes in apparel and accessories for men, women and children, with licensed brands such as Hurley, Champion, Fortnite, Van Heusen, Skechers, and a joint venture partnership with PUMA North America.
The building includes 30,000 square feet of office space including a large conference room, breakroom and many private offices. The immense warehouse features cross-dock configuration with 286 dock doors, 40’ clear height, four drive-through doors, LED lighting, ESFR sprinkler system, 52’ x 60’ column spacing, 8,000 amps (277/480V expandable), and a 7” Ductilcrete reinforced concrete slab. Fully secured concrete truck courts on both sides of the building – 185’ on the north side and 185’ on the south side – offer 423 truck stalls to accommodate ample truck traffic.
This project also includes assembly, racking, and state-of-the-art material handling conveyor automation systems. This half mile long building is one of the largest industrial buildings in the Southern California region. The building has an energy & environmental design which is LEED silver equivalent. The project was completed early with the extremely wet winter and under budget.
