Fullmer recently completed Colony Commerce Center, two brand new cross-dock distribution facilities in Ontario, CA.  Built for developer CapRock Partners and situated on a 63 acre site, the buildings total 1,289,292 square feet. Conveniently located between the I-15 and 71 freeways, and near the Ontario Airport, Colony Commerce Center is located in a rapidly-developing industrial area that is amongst many high profile neighbors. 

Key warehouse features include 36’ clear height, 2,000-amp power service, 7” warehouse slab, 2% skylights, and ESFR sprinkler system. Building one has a 185’ fully secured truck court with 64 trailer stalls, and extra truck court in the center with a removable fence for a single tenant. Building two has a 245’ fully secured, 100% concrete court with 337 trailer parking stalls. Buildings include office space of 2,936 to 5,872 square feet.
