Fullmer Construction recently completed an 81,444 square foot tenant improvement for Dole Packaged Foods. Located Fullmer Construction recently completed a 132,436 square foot freezer/cooler facility, accessibly located near the 5 and 10 freeways in Vernon, CA. Built for produce powerhouse Nature’s Produce, the building consists of 123,489 square feet of warehouse space and 13,500 square feet of office space. The warehouse offerings include one 8,300 square foot subzero freezer and 5 large refrigeration coolers set at 35°, totaling 39,000 square feet of product cooling and storage space. The refrigeration dock, situated between the 27 dock doors and the freezer/refrigeration doors, offers 26,000 square feet of warehouse space set at 50° to preserve product coolness during transport in and out of the facility. Additionally, there is an indoor fire pump room, as well as one automatic roll-up door with ramp, satisfying any form of needed access.
