CXN Freight Tenant Improvement Completed

Fullmer Construction recently completed a 4,095 square foot tenant improvement to the Pacific Industrial warehouse that was finished late last year in Bell, CA. It will be the new home of CXN Freight. The building is split down the middle by a demising wall, allowing another tenant to already occupy the other side. The improvements include a brand new office space, demising wall and fence, edge-of-dock levelers, a trash enclosure and new electric power.
