We recently completed the 127,500 square foot Dedeaux Belmont industrial building, centrally located in Ontario, CA down the street from Ontario International Airport. Situated on a nearly 7 acre site between the 10 and 60 freeways, the facility also includes a 6,000 square foot two-level tenant improvement.

The corner office area offers a striking entrance complete with aluminum canopy, numerous windows and attractive blue paint scheme. The lobby opens into 3,000 square feet of premium office space, which includes a conference room, two private offices, men’s and women’s restrooms, and large open office space. Completing the first floor are an electrical room, telephone room and fire pump room. Two separate stairways lead to the 3,000 square foot mezzanine, which consists of one large open work space.

Site features include wrought iron fencing, as well as gorgeous new landscaping featuring soaring palm trees lining both sides of the building on Cucamonga Ave and Belmont St. The site was laid out well for its size, utilizing much of the space to provide ample auto parking, 10 clean air vehicle spots, as well as 19 trailer stalls.
