Fullmer’s First Park at Ocean Ranch project featured in Winter 2016/2017 issue of NAIOP Development Magazine

Our good friends at Pacific Industrial were profiled in the Summer 2018 issue of DDC Journal, including a highlight on

Fullmer completed First Park at Ocean Ranch in January 2016, located in Oceanside, CA. The industrial business park consists of three single story, cold shell concrete tilt-up buildings, and the development marks the first speculative industrial project in North San Diego County since 2008. Totaling 237,276 square feet, the buildings are situated on a 15.8 acre lot off Ocean Ranch Blvd, near the 5 freeway and just miles from the serene beaches of downtown Oceanside.
