I-15 LOGISTICS CENTER
Fullmer recently completed a massive project, I-15 Logistics Center in Fontana, CA. The 1,171,788 square foot Class A building is situated on 61 acres and is conveniently located next to the I-15 freeway. This vast warehouse is a cross-dock facility and has a prime location with ½ mile frontage along I-15.
The project required substantial offsite improvements, including the construction of ¾ mile of new roadway, a new traffic signal, 16 streetlights and over a mile of sewer connections south of the I-15 freeway with repaving. Additional upgrades included the installation of six new storm drains to support the site’s infrastructure.
Key features of the warehouse include a 40’ clear height, 200 dock-doors, two grade-level doors, ESFR K25 sprinklers, an 8” concrete slab, and 4,000 amps of expandable power. The site also offers 185–235-foot secured concrete truck courts, 283 trailer stalls, 436 auto parking spaces, and extensive truck queuing areas to accommodate modern logistics operations.
The building has been leased to Amazon.
