I-210 Logistics Center III Completed in Rialto, CA
Fullmer recently completed I-210 Logistics Center III, a new Class A cross-dock distribution facility built for Panattoni Development in Rialto, CA. The new 702,668 square foot warehouse building is the first of three buildings built for Panattoni simultaneously within a block of each other in the rapidly-developing Renaissance Development area just off the 210 freeway.
Situated on a 32-acre site at the corner of Baseline and Alder, the finished product includes almost 11,000 square feet in tenant improvements. The 9,562 square foot corner office space at the primary entry features a large conference room, six private offices, separate trucker’s office, employee lunch room and large open work space. The 1,160 square foot spec office at the adjacent corner of the building offers additional open work space, and the other two corners are TI ready for future potential office space.
Warehouse features include 40’ clear height, 94 dock-high doors, three drive-through doors, 4,000-amp power and an ESFR sprinkler system. 185’ truck courts on both sides of the building are both fully-secured, protected by screen walls and feature 142 trailer parking stalls.
This LEED certified project began as a speculative build; it was 100% preleased during construction to Lifetime Brands, a leading global provider of kitchenware, tableware and other home products.
