The 864,000 square foot IPT Perris Distribution Center was recently completed in Perris, CA. Located just off the 215 freeway on a 43-acre site, the new cross dock distribution facility offers immense warehouse space, as well as nearly 7,000 square feet of two-level office tenant improvements. Built for developer Industrial Property Trust, the building is a beautiful addition to the booming Inland Empire East industrial market.

Warehouse features include 112 dock doors, 4 drive-through doors, 36’ clear height and ESFR sprinkler system. 100% concrete truck yards on both sides of the building, with gated entry at all access points, offer vast space for ample truck traffic.

LEED Gold certified, the state-of-the-art facility features energy-efficient LED lighting, solar panels and numerous vehicle charging stations. The building was preleased prior to construction to NFI, a leading international third-party logistics provider.
