La Sierra University – Zapara School of Business

Fullmer completed construction on the 60,200 square foot Zapara School of Business for La Sierra University. Located in Riverside just off the 91 freeway, the 2-story tilt up building features steel and metal deck construction, an expansive gallery with 51′ ceilings and a grand main entry to the rotunda with winding staircase. With interior landscaping as well as expansive outdoor plaza areas and walkways, the building is a true gem on the beautiful campus. The building hosts faculty offices, administrative offices, school club and meeting facilities, state-of-the-art classrooms, tiered lecture halls, traditional and collaborative classrooms and labs and catering facilities. The largest classroom is a 533-seat assembly room with raised stage and sound and lighting control room. The site also features on site storm water infiltration systems.
