Meridian Distribution Center III
Fullmer recently completed Meridian Distribution Center III, a new concrete tilt-up industrial building located in Riverside, CA. The 262,000 square foot building is part of Meridian Business Park, a master planned commerce and distribution center located on 1,290 acres. The industrial park is 3 miles south of the SR-60 and I-215 freeways, and located near high profile corporate neighbors Amazon, KIA Motors, UPS, Lowe’s and Home Depot.
Built for Dermody Properties, Meridian Distribution Center III is located on 13.53 acres, and includes 2,337 square feet of build-to-suit office space. Phase 1 of Meridian Business Park began in 2004, with Phase 2 starting in 2009. Two more phases are planned to complete the project. To date over 3.3 million square feet has been built on 254 acres of land, creating more than 2,500 jobs. At completion there will be a total of 16 million square feet of building space, and up to 15,000 new job opportunities.
The cross-dock facility of Meridian Distribution Center III offers 56 dock doors, 2 drive-through doors, 32’ clear height, 7” floor slab, ESFR sprinkler system, LED lighting and 200-amp panel with 4,000 amp pull section. Fully secured concrete truck courts 135’ and 185’ with 45 trailer parking stalls, 144 auto parking stalls, and one EV charging system.
