Built for developer Shea Properties, Rincon Corona Industrial Park is situated on a 36-acre site and has 3 new, free-standing buildings that total 731,000 square feet. The buildings are located in a prime location directly off the 91 freeway, and in close proximity to the I-15 freeway.
State-of-the-art features in each building include 32 clear height, ESFR sprinkler systems, LED warehouse lighting, 2,000-amp service, and ductilcrete warehouse floors. Truck courts are 100% concrete, fully secured, have ample trailer storage, and a combined total of 927 auto parking spaces that can be expanded up to 1,191 spaces.
