Fullmer completed the 118,714 square foot Soto Industrial Building, built for developer Pacific Industrial in Vernon, CA. The state-of-the-art Class A spec facility is situated in the heart of LA County; sitting on a nearly 5 acre site, the building is ideally located near the vital 5, 10, 60 and 710 freeways with nearby access to LAX and major ports.
The nearly 8,000 square foot corner office space offers high-end design with a grand entry featuring a steel stairway stretching up to the second floor mezzanine. The first floor includes a large conference room, two private offices, employee lunch room and large open work space. The mezzanine offers an even larger open work area with windows overlooking the warehouse, coffee bar, upstairs restrooms and abundant natural light.
