Fullmer Construction recently completed the Space Center Lilac Distribution Center in Rialto, CA. The new 258,857 square foot concrete tilt-up building provides a spacious warehouse, as well as 2,100 square feet of office space, situated on a 12 acre lot. Located on the corner of Merrill and Lilac with easy access to the 10 and 210 freeways, the facility’s features include a 30’ clear ceiling, PVC roof, 2,000 amp power, ESFR sprinkler system, 36 dock high doors, 1 ground level door, and a gated 225’ truck yard with dual points of entry.

The corner office space includes a large open office area, 1 private office, a conference room, and large break room. Restrooms complete the space, and are also included in the warehouse.

Site features include attractive landscaping on all sides, and a large detention basin on the West side of the property. Ample parking is offered, including 71 standard stalls, 16 electric vehicle/carpool stalls, 6 handicap spots and 60 trailer spaces. The multi-tone paint scheme provides the building with a unique look, and has enabled the new facility to truly enhance this area of Rialto.
