Westlake Park Place Building C

Fullmer Construction completed Building C of Westlake Park Place, the corporate office building complex located in the heart of the Westlake Village business district just off the 101 freeway and Westlake Boulevard. This 102,012 square foot building is the new corporate headquarters of Dole Packaged Foods. Built with beautiful Mediterranean style architecture to match the rest of the complex, the 4-floor structure provides many state-of-the-art options for its new tenant, including food testing labs, training kitchens, and numerous conference and training rooms.

There is also a 2200 panel 577 kW solar feature in the parking area that accompanies the building, and helped Westlake Park Place Building C achieve LEED Gold Certification.

Dole Packaged Foods moved in to the building in the beginning of February, 2015.
